Privacy policy

We collect as little as the service allows, and we do not sell any of it. This page describes exactly what is collected and why.

What we collect

• Your public Instagram username, and optionally a post or Reel URL — required to deliver the order.
• Your email address — used to send your receipt, order confirmation and any support correspondence.
• Payment confirmation from our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and to detect fraud.

We never collect or request your Instagram password, and there is no mechanism on this site capable of accepting one.

How we use it

To deliver your order, to process refill claims and refunds, to answer support requests, to prevent fraud, and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider, which handles the transaction; our delivery partners, which receive only the username or URL needed to fulfil the order; and our email provider. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone, for any purpose.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Technical logs are kept for 90 days. You can ask us to delete anything not subject to a legal retention requirement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected and the right to deletion. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.

To exercise any of these, email support@followersengine.com from the address associated with your order. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required for the site and checkout to function. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

This service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
